Return & Refund Policy

 

RETURNS POLICY

At Personal joybox, we take great care in curating and delivering your special moments. However, we do not ordinarily accept returns or replacements once a product is sold.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, you may raise a return request by writing to us at rkgent53@gmail.com within 3 hours of delivery. Please include your order details and photographs showing the issue clearly.

Return or replacement requests will be reviewed and accepted solely at the discretion of Snotty Gifts. If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement: Subject to stock availability, we will replace the item with the same product.

  • Refund: In select cases where a replacement is not feasible, we may process a refund as per our Refund Policy.

To process your request, we may require the following:

  • Clear photographs of the received product(s)

  • Copy of the invoice

  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product appears used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Certain categories may be non-returnable, including perishable goods, customized items, or other hygiene-sensitive products.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued in cases where a return has been approved or an order cancellation has been accepted in accordance with our policies.

Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within the stated time, we recommend checking with your bank or contacting us at rkgent53@gmail.com for support.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, subject to product eligibility.

To cancel, please email us at rkgent53@gmail.com with your Order ID. If accepted, a full refund will be initiated in line with our Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Orders placed for same-day or next-day delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Customized or perishable items cannot be canceled once prepared or dispatched.
